A new way to make real estate business
I am responsible for the development of the 20 Alugar WebAPP, a digital real estate agency focused on renting places in a modern and profitable way. The key to their business is their relationship with the realtors, and that’s why they needed a system and a WebAPP to make it more effective.
My role in the project is to understand how they run their operation and coordinate the design and development team that was also working on the project.
Even though the product hasn’t been officially launched, the beta version was shipped and you can check it online. Below you can see the link to the project and some more info from my participation in its development:
- Interviews with realtors and the 20 Alugar teams to acquire precise information regarding their operation.
- Planning how the system and the WebAPP would work (architecture and UX).
- Third parties systems API study in order to integrate them into the WebAPP.
- Coordinating the lead designer in the creating process of all the interfaces in the WebAPP, system, and website.
- Coordinating the lead full-stack developer in the coding of both backend and frontend.
20 Alugar’s digital product is near its launch and is probably going live in the next few months.
